Log into your Olive & Oak account: Visit the Olive & Oak website and log into the customer account associated with the email address you’ve used for your purchases. Customers need to be logged into their store account for Smile to recognize their points and allow redemption. Smile Help Center

Open the Rewards panel: Once you’re logged in, click the Rewards/Styling Points button on the website. This opens your Olive & Oak rewards panel, where you can see your current Styling Points balance. 

Choose “Ways to Redeem”: Inside the rewards panel, click Ways to Redeem. You’ll see how many points you have available and the reward you can receive.

Choose how many points you want to use
Our Styling Points are worth:
100 Styling Points = $3 off
For example:
300 points = $9 off
500 points = $15 off
1,000 points = $30 off
If Smile shows a slider, simply choose how many points you would like to redeem and select Redeem.

Get your discount code: After you redeem your points, Smile will create a discount code for you. You can select Apply code to use it on your purchase, or copy the code and save it for later. Unused redeemed rewards remain under Your Rewards in the Smile panel.

Shop and enjoy your reward!: Add your favorite Olive & Oak styling mats and accessories to your cart and use your reward toward your order.

New to Styling Points?

You don’t need a separate Smile.io account. Your rewards are connected to your Olive & Oak customer account and email address. With Shopify’s newer customer accounts, customers may simply enter their email and receive a 6-digit login code rather than creating a password. Once they log in and the Smile panel loads, Smile recognizes them as a rewards member.
